Transfer Notice
At the Tonsai Pier on Phi Phi Don Island, the property staff with a property sign will guide you to the long-tail boat departing for the property. The transfer is free of charge and takes around 30 minutes. Advance reservation is required. Guests who arrive on the last boat from Phuket or Krabi are advised to book the last long-tail boat at least 1 day in advance.
The boat schedule:
Departing to the property: 11:45 AM, 1:30 PM, 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM
Departing to Tonsai Pier: 8:00 AM and 12:30 PM
Additional Transfer Information
For guests travelling from Krabi Airport, guests may take a 30-minute drive from the airport to the Klong Jilard Pier and a 2-hour public ferry transfer from the Klong Jilard Pier to the Tonsai Pier.
The ferry schedule: 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM (4:00 PM on Fridays)
For guests travelling from Phuket Airport, guests may
1)Take a 1-hour drive from the airport to the Rassada Pier and a 2-hour public ferry transfer from the Rassada Pier to the Tonsai Pier. The boat departs at 8:30 AM, 12:20 PM and 1:30 PM.
2)Take a 70-minute drive from the airport to the Namchai (Visit Panwa) Pier and take a 2-hour public ferry transfer from the Namchai (Visit Panwa) Pier to the Tonsai Pier. The boat departs at 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM.
The ferry tickets can be purchased online or at the pier.
Private transfer from Phuket to the pier is available at an extra charge of THB 1,200 per car per way (ferry fare not included).
Private transfer from Krabi Airport to the Klong Jilard Pier is available at an extra charge of THB 800 per car per way (ferry fare not included).
Please inform the property of the location of the pier you will be depart from time 1 day prior to arrival.
